PACOJET 2 is a machine for commercial use. The machine may only be operated by persons capable of using it safely. Persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities, including those with physical or mental disabilities, or persons lacking knowledge or experience, such as children, may not operate the machine.

PACOJET 2 may only be used in accordance with this instruction manual. Failure to comply with the instructions can result in damage to the machine, risk of injury to the operator or in the potential contamination of the food preparations being processed.
